Ⅲ. Product service order payment related

3.1 Before purchasing any product, you should assess whether the service plan is suitable for your financial capabilities and risk appetite. 3.2 Large price fluctuations: The price of any digital asset, including Bitcoin, may fall sharply, or even drop to zero. The machine or service you buy will lose a lot of money;

3.3 Digital asset transfers may take a while to be confirmed. Although unlikely, it is true that some digital asset transactions may never be confirmed, and an unconfirmed digital asset transaction means that the transaction is not completed;

3.4 Digital asset transfer transactions are irreversible: if you send any amount of digital assets to the wrong person or digital asset wallet address, you may not be able to cancel the transaction or recover these funds;

3.5 Our website provides the option to view prices excluding VAT.

3.6 After placing an order, Asic Miner Market will send you an order confirmation.

3.7. All descriptions, photos and advertisements are used only to provide the concept of the product they describe. While we take great care in our descriptions, mistakes can occur. the image is only a reference.

3.8 Payment can be made by bank transfer or encryption. We cannot ship any products until we clear the funds. Due to the value of the equipment, we may ask to confirm your address before shipping.

3.10. We are not obligated to supply the Product even if the transaction is completed if the mispricing is obvious and can reasonably be considered mispricing.

Ⅶ、Product warranty

8.1 Asic Miner Market’s liability limitation for products provided by Asic Miner Market is subject to the service agreement of the product. Unless otherwise agreed, Asic Miner Market’s total responsibility to the user shall not exceed the total fees paid by the user to Asic Miner Market.

9.2 Any and all disputes arising out of the conditions of use shall be settled amicably by the parties. The parties agree to submit disputes that cannot be resolved amicably to arbitration. The arbitration shall be submitted to the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre in accordance with the current UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules (“UNCITRAL Rules”), followed by the appointment of an arbitrator in accordance with the UNCITRAL Rules. Arbitration decisions and awards are final and binding on the parties. (unless otherwise specified in the Terms of Service).
