Warranty-Policy

The Purchaser acknowledges and agrees that:

  Once ordered, You’ve agreed with the after-sales policy accept default:

New original after-sales policy

  •  the warranty of the Products will be provided by the manufacturer in accordance with its after-sales service policy, which may be varied and changed from time to time;
  •  the Seller shall not provide a warranty to the Products sold to the Purchaser.
  • The Seller, upon request of the Purchaser, shall use its reasonable efforts to assist the Purchaser to require the manufacturer to repair or replace (if necessary) the defective part/component of the Product(s) or the defective Product(s) if such defects are produced within 360 days after the Warranty Start Date, at the costs and risks of the Purchaser.
  • The Seller shall not guarantee the manufacturer to repair or replace such Products because it is subject to the manufacturer’s after-sales service policy.

In particular, the Purchaser acknowledges and agrees that the manufacturer will not provide the warranty in this situations:

  •  Normal wear and tear;
  •  Damage resulting from accident, abuse, misuse, neglect, improper handling, or improper installation;
  •  Damage or loss of the Product(s) caused by undue physical or electrical stress, including but not limited to moisture, corrosive environments, high voltage surges, extreme temperatures, shipping, or abnormal working conditions;
  •  Damage or loss of the Product(s) caused by acts of nature including, but not limited to, floods, storms, fires, and earthquakes;
  •  Damage caused by operator error, or non-compliance with instructions as set out in accompanying documentation;
  •  Alterations by persons other than Seller, associated partners, or authorized service facilities;
  •  Product(s), on which the original software has been replaced or modified by persons other than Seller, associated partners, or authorized service facilities
  •  Counterfeit products;
  • Damage or loss of data due to interoperability with current and/or future versions of the operating system, software, and/or hardware;
  •  Damage or loss

USED MINERS After Sales

  • Please note before purchasing, for all used miners, we will provide test video and recording time. (Second-hand mining machine specifications: normal computing power Th/s±10% PWR consumption W±10%)
  • 2. Due to the fluctuation of mining market prices, we do not accept returns and refunds after your payment.
  • 3. Second-hand brand miners can be repaired and will be charged for parts and labor.
  • If you have any confusion before purchasing, please feel free to contact us by submitting feedback and let us know what we can do to help you.

If you find some loose heatsinks when you receive the miner, please notify us by email within 3 days from the date of receipt of the package on the UPS/DHL/FEDEX website.
