Shipping Methods
We cooperate with the current mainstream international express companies. Usually, we will default to DHL delivery. We will also use Fedex, UPS, TNT and EMS to ship according to different circumstances. In the case of inventory, customers online orders can be shipped within 1-2 working day of placing the order. Freight delivery time is affected by the different freight company, different countries, and customs clearance. The arrival time of general goods is as follows.

Order processing time

Items marked "FUTURES or Preorder"
Please note that items marked as "FUTURES" or "Preorder" require a wait time for shipment, which is dependent on the factory is delivery schedule and subject to delay.

- If you refuse delivery of a parcel due to import duties or taxes, you assume all liability for all costs involved in returning the item to us.
- Speak to the our Customer Support Team if you need more advice about taxes, shipping invoices and paperwork, and customs declarations.

Return policy

- Refunds only provided if product shipment fails to meet specifications.
- No refunds for received unsatisfactory or defective products.
- For brand new DOA (Defective on Arrival) products, contact the series brand for after-sales support.
- Brand manufacturer is responsible for delivering futures products as specified. Final product quality is subject to the manufacturer is official policy. Normal hash rate and power consumption changes are in line with the official specifications. If there is an official refund, we will promptly refund the customer.
- In case of a refund, the amount will be in U.S. dollars equivalent to the original sale price in U.S. dollars.
